The festival was held in December 2004 in Jerusalem, and consisted of 4 shows - 11, 13, 18 and 20 December. All concerts held in Jerusalem Cultural Center (st. Hillel, 27) Metropolitan Municipality. In concerts attended by about 50 Israeli musicians - sons of Israel. as well as immigrants from Lithuania, Russia, France, Bulgaria, United States, Mexico, Ukraine, Latvia, the Netherlands. At the festival were presented ensembles and soloists engaged in various types of jazz music and working in the genres that are close to jazz. Each concert consisted of presentations from several ensembles and soloists. Three of them ended with "jam-seshns" - free improvisation concerts participants and guests of the festival.
The festival is organized by the Association of jazz and alternative music "Jazz-Globe and Jerusalem Cultural Center with support from the Commission on the absorption of artists, immigrants and the Office of Immigrant Absorption of the Jerusalem municipality. Artistic Director of the Association and the festival - one of the leading jazz musicians in the world, Professor Jerusalem Academy of Music, composer and pianist Vyacheslav Ganelin, producer associations and the festival - a music journalist and commentator Vladimir Mak, director of the Jerusalem Cultural Center - Ella Hodos, artistic director of the Jerusalem Cultural Center - Eleanor Plotkin.
